
Cooking Instructions
- 1. Cut off one end of the tomato bottoms with a melon baller 1/8 tsp. remove inside of tomato. Be sure to remove the membrane and seeds
- 2. Invert tomatoes on a plate to allow excess juice to drain.
- 3.Stuff 1 piece of lettuce into tomato cup
- 4.Then place teaspoon of bacon on top of lettuce
- 5.Top chipotle aioli and bacon for garnish
- 6.For the Chipotle Aioli
- 7.Whisk Mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and chipotle hot sauce to taste
- 8.Season with Salt and Pepper; chill until ready to serve
- 9.Garnish with onion

- 2 Tbsp. Red Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. of fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. Chipotle Hot Sauce
- Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
