Cooking Instructions

  • 1. Cut off one end of the tomato bottoms with a melon baller 1/8 tsp. remove inside of tomato. Be sure to remove the membrane and seeds
  • 2. Invert tomatoes on a plate to allow excess juice to drain.
  • 3.Stuff 1 piece of lettuce into tomato cup
  • 4.Then place teaspoon of bacon on top of lettuce
  • 5.Top chipotle aioli and bacon for garnish
  • 6.For the Chipotle Aioli
  • 7.Whisk Mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and chipotle hot sauce to taste
  • 8.Season with Salt and Pepper; chill until ready to serve
  • 9.Garnish with onion

  • 2 Tbsp. Red Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Fresh garlic cloves, minced

  • Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
