- 1.Season salmon with Boss 1 seasoning.
- 2.Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Add oil, sauté salmon on one side until done, flip salmon and sauté on opposite side.
- 3.While cooking salmon on the 2nd side add fresh lemon face down and cook at the same time until salmon is done.
- 4.Remove salmon from pan and squeeze lemon juice over salmon and serve.

- ½ cut of Fresh Lemon
