Cooking Instructions

  • 1.Season salmon with Boss 1 seasoning.
  • 2.Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Add oil, sauté salmon on one side until done, flip salmon and sauté on opposite side.
  • 3.While cooking salmon on the 2nd side add fresh lemon face down and cook at the same time until salmon is done.
  • 4.Remove salmon from pan and squeeze lemon juice over salmon and serve.

  • 2 Fresh Salmon Filets
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oi
  • 2 Tbsp. Chef Monica Boss 1 Spice Blend
  • ½ cut of Fresh Lemon
